After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, Wynn worked in the banking industry while starting his own company doing interim construction inspections. In 1996, Wynn joined up with American Realty where he has spent the last 16 years as a Residential appraiser with a background in residential and vacant land.

Wynn is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser by the State of Texas.
